Rutgers Football Program Loses 3 Veteran Players To Transfer

Jackson was the only full-time starter of the trio, but all three were locker room leaders who played consistent roles on game days.College football transfers have always existed, but it seems like offseason moves have been taken to a new level this offseason.The NCAA’s “transfer portal” has added a new element to transfer season, too, as we’ve seen several high-profile players put their names into the portal to weigh transfer options.Rutgers is coming off a brutal 2018 season in which the Scarlet Knights went 1-11, with their only win coming in the season opener against Texas State.last_img read more
