That’s the plan for the road game against the Aggies, too.Swinney told reporters that Clemson will again be playing both Bryant and Lawrence against Texas A&M.“We definitely will play both quarterbacks,” Swinney said. “There’s no doubt about that. Nothing happened [against Furman] to warrant not playing both those guys.”Bryant is an experienced veteran and has been named the starting quarterback, but Lawrence is one of the biggest QB recruits in years.Swinney is saying that both QBs will play, but he isn’t divulging any other details.“We’ll see as the week [of practice] goes,” Swinney said. “I won’t lay out what our plan is before the game. You like to have a little secrecy as to your plan. But I’ll tell you both of them are going to play.”Clemson and Texas A&M is arguably the biggest game of college football’s Week 2 slate. ESPN’s College GameDay announced on Sunday morning that it’s heading to College Station, Texas for the contest. This will be the first big game of the Jimbo Fisher era at Texas A&M. Clemson will have to come out strong.last_img
